Quality Policy of the Pere Tarrés Foundation
Responsibility is one of our values, and in keeping with it and by conviction, working for quality and continuous improvement is the cornerstone of our way of being and acting. It is also one of our priorities to strive for the utmost satisfaction of the people and organizations participating in our programs, activities, services, facilities, and training.
Quality Management System
The continuous improvement of the quality system is fundamental to our operations. We strive for excellence in our activities, services, and training, and we measure processes and objectives through rigorous and comprehensive internal and external monitoring.
In this regard, each year we undergo various external certifications that evaluate our work.
We have a Quality Management System implemented and certified in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The certification body is TÜV Rheinland Ibérica Inspection, Certification & Testing, S.A. Annually, we carry out the external certification, surveillance, or renewal audit, as appropriate, in accordance with the established scope.
The Faculty of Social Work and Social Education, in addition to the ISO 9001:2015 certification, also holds the certification for the Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIQ) from AQU Catalunya.

To understand the needs of our users and improve our programs, we conduct periodic surveys of our programs, services, facilities, and training. The results help us identify our strengths to build on, and our weaknesses to address with improvement actions.
