Mission and vision of the Pere Tarrés Foundation
Educate. Act. Transform.
At the Pere Tarrés Foundation, we accompany people throughout their lives with educational and social projects that generate real impact. Because we believe that it is through the sum of many small changes that great social transformations are achieved.
We are a transformative and christian humanist values organization that provides educational, social, and training services to children, young people, families, caregivers, seniors, as well as to schools and other entities.
As a non-profit organization, we reinvest all our resources into social and solidarity actions aimed at improving the lives of the most vulnerable groups. We want to help make our society a more just, equitable, and opportunity-filled place for everyone.

We want to be a relevant social agent, transformative through direct social and educational action, through affiliated entities, through training, and through the dissemination of knowledge and reflections.
We want to be an autonomous, Christian-inspired, and efficient entity that generates social value and improvements for children and other groups with social needs, and that supports nonprofit entities of general interest.
We have a universalizing ambition. We envision significant growth in the scope and impact of our actions and reflections, both in Catalonia and Spain and, on a selective basis, in Ibero-America in the coming years.

The actions of the people who are part of the Pere Tarrés Foundation are rooted in the values of Christian humanism. Our educational and social commitment leads us to work for the person and the community from a love of others, the pursuit of fraternity and justice, ethics, a spirit of service toward the vulnerable, interiority and spirituality, and the work for peace and truth.
