Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the UAB. He completed a postgraduate program in Nonprofit Organizations at the Pere Tarrés Faculty of Education and Social Work – URL and the Vicenç Vives University Program on Leadership, Values, and Commitment at ESADE – URL.

Technical Secretary of the Movement of Catalan Christian Day Camp Centers and the Network of Socioeducational Centers of the Pere Tarrés Foundation. As a volunteer: Secretary General of the Catalan Coordination of Camps, Day Camps and Play Clubs, member of the Council of Volunteering and Associativism of Catalonia, and head of the Apassomi Play Group.
