The La Inmaculada University Residence in Madrid consists of three villa-style buildings, where you will find different room formats. The vast majority are single rooms with bathrooms, although we also have single rooms with shared bathrooms and double rooms with bathrooms. All rooms have natural light, garden views, heating, Internet connection, a study desk with drawers, a bookcase, a desk lamp, an ergonomic chair, and a landline telephone. In addition, you can enjoy common areas such as a computer room, television and lounge rooms, a dining room, gardens with a chill-out area, a solarium, a gym, terraces, coworking spaces, and bicycle parking. The following services are available: full board accommodation every day of the week, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning in summer, room cleaning once a week, self-service laundry, private security, maintenance staff from Monday to Friday, and 24-hour student support.

La Inmaculada University Residence is located in one of the safest areas of Madrid, Colonia El Viso, in the Chamartín district, in the northeast of the city, between Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano, near the Santiago Bernabéu soccer stadium. The university residence is very well connected to the city's main universities, study centers, and business schools. The Santiago Bernabéu metro stop is just over a 5-minute walk away, and the Nuevos Ministerios, Concha Espina, República Argentina, and Cruz del Rayo metro and commuter train stops are just over 10 minutes away.
