2. CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE WEBSITE

The person who accesses and uses this website shall be understood to be the user.
By the mere fact of being the user, he/she accepts these conditions of use.
The user assumes responsibility for the use that may be made of this website.

In any case, the owner of the domain shall not be held liable for the opinions issued by users through the forums, chats, or other participation tools that may be incorporated into this website.

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The Pere Tarrés Foundation is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web pages, as well as all its content, so that all reproduction, distribution and public communication of all or part of its content is expressly prohibited without the express authorisation of the owner.

The recipients of the information are the departments into which the Pere Tarrés Foundation is organised, some collaborating companies that provide their services therein and the relevant official bodies in the field. We shall only transfer your data when so required by law, or when it is necessary to comply with current contracts.
