International Comic Fair Celebrates its 32nd edition in Barcelona from 15 to 18 May. Cartoons and superheroes lovers will enjoy 32,000 square feet of exhibition located in the palaces number 1 and 2 of Fira Barcelona in Montjuïc. Access will be by Avenida Reina Maria Cristina.
Macro-exhibition about War Armed conflicts and their relationship with cartoons are the focus of this year's International Comic Fair of Barcelona. The event will commemorate the centenary of the First World War, the end of the Spanish Civil War and the tercentenary of September 11, 1714, among other dates related to the war. Visitors will see original copies of 200 authors from around the world in the exhibition Comics at War which deal with various conflicts, from prehistory to the most recent wars. Live war reconstruction A new feature of this year's Comic Fair will be stagings of the military conflict characterized by actors who walk around in Fira de Barcelona.
Comic Star Authors It should be pointed out the presence of Joe Sacco, creator of the comic journalistic chronicle, author of titles such as Notas al pie de Gaza, about the war between Israel and Palestine, and who is about to publish a great album about World War.
