at recreation centres in particular, while maintaining the volunteer
and active spirit thereof. |

Open the Foundation to any necessary social
and educational action which can be carried out directly or
through other social entities. |

Foster reflection on leisure education, education
and social work, as well as on the rest of the Foundation’s
fields of activity. Additionally and in accordance with the
entity’s set of ideals at all times, to reflect on questions
of general interest which are insufficiently dealt with by society
and governments. To make this reflection known as a way of promoting
individuals and society and, if necessary, in protest, in order
to foster a world which is more in accordance with the universal
values that the Foundation embraces in its set of ideals. |

Consolidate the Foundation as a reference point
in university centres that teach social work and education as
well as in teaching in the fields of the Humanities and social
action. |

Provide services to society within its own
field of activity and strive to attain the entity’s financial
self-sufficiency based on these services and private donations.
Manage resources effectively and efficiently in order to attain
maximum social achievement. |

Work in a network with other social entities
that act in the Foundation’ fields, especially with those
to whom we provide services or with whom we have established
collaboration agreements. |

Be a Catalan entity that provides services
outside of Catalonia in its own fields and a reference point
in the sector, both at the national as well as European level. |

Be an innovative entity, thanks to both the
reflections, services and training it offers as well as the
channels and methodology it uses. Take special care of quality
as the Foundation’s habitual work method. |
| 9. |
Take a special interest in participants in
all entity actions as well as the professionals and collaborators
who take part in them. Foster their personal and professional
development at the service of the community. |
| 10. |
Make the Foundation sustainable, based
on a structure of services and assets that allows it to act
with dignity and which ensures the entity’s survival
in the future. To achieve that, develop and consolidate services
that occupy individuals full-time in sectors with suitable
work conditions which contribute to covering the entity’s
general costs.
