The project aims to have a global impact, in the sense that the results of its research can be used and applied by the following bodies:

	Government. In all European countries the care of these minors is a government responsibility, whether it be central, autonomous or regional.
	Professionals in contact with minors. When unaccompanied minors arrive there are many professionals who, because of the nature of their work, come into contact with them: police, judges, health-care employees, administrative staff, etc.
	Professionals working with minors. These are professionals doing social and educational work with minors, over a long period. Familiarity with this study may facilitate understanding of the real situation of these professionals in their day-to-day work.
	Other services in general. Schools, health services, providers of leisure facilities, etc.
