The Font d'en Gurri (fountain of Gurri) lies in pretty countryside dominated by ancient poplars, some of which have fallen due to storms and wind.

The dolmen of Gurri is of the Catalan gallery type. When it was discovered in the early 50s, it still had part of the tumuli that usually cover these tombs, formed from an open corridor with a chamber at the end roofed with slabs. Inside were arrow points, pottery, a lance tip and a bronze dagger. Bronze Age, around the second millennium B.C.

The easiest way there is to leave your vehicle at Alella Parc. At the end of Carrer Salvador Espriu street continue along a track not accessible to vehicles, and immediately take another track on the right, that begins to go uphill. When you reach a small pass, continue along a path that cuts off to the right at the side of an electricity tower. If you want to see the dolmen of Can Gurri, take a path on the right between a slab and a forked pine on the left. Continue by the path to a small pass, from which you descend, going left. When you reach a flat area, you find a path that continues to the left, which takes you to the Font d'en Gurri. Further up is the Font del Llorer. Go down along the same track as you came up by.
