Coaches Service

The Fundació Pere Tarrés believes that safe, comfortable, reliable and affordable transport is very important. So for that reason it offers a coach bookings service at prices specially designed for leisure entities, schools and educational institutions and in conjunction with the leading coach hire firm Autocars Julià.

General terms and conditions

• Prices are for the period from 6:00 to 22:00 and up to 8 hours’ driving.
• Check prices for other destinations.
• 7% VAT not included.
• Special rates for recreation centres.
• Departures from Barcelona, L'Hospitalet, Cornellà, Sant Boi, Esplugues, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Adrià del Besòs.

Remarks

• Tolls and tunnels
  Motorway tolls are not included. They must be paid to the coach driver during the journey (on request).
• Cancellations
  In the event that a group does not turn up or cancels the coach less than 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the cost of the trip will still have to be paid.

How much does the coach service cost?

• The cost of the trip is proportional to the distance and the number of seats on the coach, and can be calculated using the price tables. The per diem allowance for drivers is included in the price.
• You can also ask us for services which do not appear in the tables: trips over more than one day, longer distances, the same service on a number of days, etc.
• We’ll give you a customised quote and you’ll get the best value around.

High season
From 1 April to 30 June 2006

Low season
From 1 July to 31 March 2007

Airport supplement, 15, 17 + 7% VAT per journey
Extra hour (on top of the 8 driving hours budgeted for in outings involving a round trip on the same day): €32 + 7% VAT, up to a maximum of 11 hours.

Coaches with up to 50 seats
Motorway tolls and 7% VAT are not included.
